Peter Tromp, ALA, LEED AP, established Tromp Architects in 1997. Our firm provides designs and construction documents for homeowners, contractors, and developers in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. The projects vary in size and scope from residential to commercial. In addition, we provide permit expediting services for the city of Chicago. We are registered as Self Certified Architects. Our work has been featured in the Licensed Architect magazine as well as on the cover of Homes & Land real estate magazine.

 

Tromp Architects will work with you to achieve your desires and needs within your target budget. We will provide a preliminary design to acquire preliminary construction fees. At this point, our clients then decide whether to proceed, redesign, delay or halt the project. We recommend our clients obtain a minimum three construction bids. Our experience with many contractors can help assist you in selecting one right for your needs.
